We’d like to inform you that there will be an outage to the Coutts Open Banking platform services from 13th June at 23:00 until 14th June at 05:00 due to a system maintenance release.
During this outage, Open Banking customers of Coutts will be unable to use Account Information Services or Payment Initiation Services. Accordingly, they will be unable to create new Consents, consume existing Consents, nor initiate Consent Renewals during this time.
This outage will impact the Coutts Open Banking platform for the following period: Start: 13th June at 23:00 (GMT) End: 14th June at 05:00 (GMT)
We’ll be using the time to carry out essential system maintenance that will ensure we continue to provide you and your customers with a reliable service.
