We’d like to inform you that there will be an outage to the Coutts Open Banking platform services from 13th June at 23:00 until 14th June at 05:00 due to a system maintenance release.
During this outage, Open Banking customers of Coutts will be unable to use Account Information Services or Payment Initiation Services. Accordingly, they will be unable to create new Consents, consume existing Consents, nor initiate Consent Renewals during this time.
This outage will impact the Coutts Open Banking platform for the following period:
Start: 13th June at 23:00 (GMT)
End: 14th June at 05:00 (GMT)
We’ll be using the time to carry out essential system maintenance that will ensure we continue to provide you and your customers with a reliable service.

NatWest Group - Planned outage for Bankline Customers - 20th Jun 00:30 BST - 20th Jun 15:00 BST Jun 20, 2026 00:30-15:00 UTC
We wish to advise that due to planned activity on Bankline, between Saturday 20th Jun 2026 at 00:30 BST and Saturday 20th Jun 2026 at 15:00 BST, Payment Initiation services and new AISP consent requests for NatWest, RBS, Ulster Bank Northern Ireland customers, using Bankline, will be unavailable. Access to AISP and PISP API’s for the rest of our digital customer base and access via all other channels will remain available during this change window.
