During this outage, Open Banking customers of Coutts will be unable to use Account Information Services or Payment Initiation Services. Accordingly, they will be unable to create new Consents, consume existing Consents, nor initiate Consent Renewals during this time.

This outage will impact the Coutts Open Banking platform for the following period:
Start: 26th April at 05:30
End: 26th April at 06:30

We were aware of an issue last night that impacted Open Banking Mobile App2App consent journeys.
This incident occurred between 22:36 BST and 22:45 BST last night (23/04/2026).
We are currently investigating the root cause.
