We’d like to inform you that there will be an outage to the Coutts Open Banking platform services on 7th June at 00:00 until 07th June at 14:00 due to a system maintenance release.
During this outage, Open Banking customers of Coutts will be unable to use Account Information Services or Payment Initiation Services. Accordingly, they will be unable to create new Consents, consume existing Consents, nor initiate Consent Renewals during this time.
This outage will impact the Coutts Open Banking platform for the following period: Start: 07th June at 00:00 End: 07th June at 14:00 We’ll be using the time to carry out essential system maintenance that will ensure we continue to provide you and your customers with a reliable service.
